SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping with Iron Fortress Europe

We will, by default, manage the shipping and any customs clearance to deliver the goods to your location under the DAP-Incoterms 2020. We will invoice you for our shipping costs accordingly.

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping per default, please let us know how you would like to handle shipments from our warehouse to your business location. 

Resellers may have the need from time to time, to collect their orders directly from our warehouse or arrange for their own freight service to pick up the order. This option can be selected during the checkout process.

We have negotiated excellent freight rates for both parcels and pallets, covering standard and express delivery options.

Due to variations in prices by location and fuel surcharges, we do not post rates on our website. Please call or write to us to get the current rates for your location. To our knowledge, no dealer has been able to ship from our warehouse at better rates than ours.

For smaller orders, shipping one or more boxes up to 20 Kg is often the best option. However, we will always assess if your order is large enough to warrant shipping on a pallet.
