SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping with Iron Fortress America - Not Entered Into Force.

By default, we will manage the shipping and customs clearance to deliver the goods to your location under DAP-Incoterms 2020. We will invoice you for our shipping costs accordingly. 

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping per default, please let us know how you would like to handle shipments from our warehouse to your business location. 

Resellers may have the need from time to time, to collect their orders directly from our warehouse or arrange for their own freight service to pick up the order. This option can be selected during the checkout process.

Shipping out of our Louisville warehouse is new for us, but we have negotiated favorable freight rates for both parcels and pallets, including standard and express delivery options with UPS.

Due to variations in prices by location and fuel surcharges, we do not post rates on our website. For a rate estimate or to get current rates for your location, please contact Anthony at anthony@ironfortress.com.

For smaller orders, shipping one or more boxes is often the best option. However, we will always assess if your order is large enough to warrant pallet shipping.
